Terms of use
By using Couptic you accept the terms below. They are written plainly because terms nobody can read protect nobody.
What this site is
Couptic publishes promo codes, deals and editorial about retail discounting. We are not a retailer. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, or fulfil orders. Every purchase you make is a contract between you and the store you buy from.
Accuracy of offers
Offers here are mirrored from merchant feeds and matched once a day. Between one check and the next, a retailer can change terms, add an exclusion, cap a discount, or withdraw an offer without notice. We therefore cannot guarantee that an offer shown here will work on your basket at the moment you use it, and a page that says an offer was confirmed on a date is telling you exactly that and nothing more.
Read the retailer’s own terms before you rely on an offer. Where our pages describe how discounts generally behave, that is background rather than a statement about your particular order.
Links to other sites
Our outbound links lead to retailers and to affiliate networks. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their terms, and following a link means you are subject to theirs rather than ours.
Using our material
The text, page structure and original images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Copying pages wholesale, scraping the site, or republishing our listings as your own is not permitted. Retailer names and logos belong to those retailers and appear here to identify them.
Automated access
Reading the site with a browser is fine. Automated harvesting of codes, bulk crawling that degrades the service for other readers, and attempts to bypass the reveal step are not, and we block clients that do it.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or that every listing is complete and current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a loss that follows from relying on a listing, from a code failing at checkout, or from a transaction with a retailer.
Nothing here limits a right you hold under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
These terms can change as the site changes. The version on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
