Notes from the handbags & wallets desk
Where the offers stand today
Eric Javits carries handbags and wallet accessories with percentage-off codes as the dominant offer type. The live count sits at 20, and 30% is as deep as this retailer goes today. That is a strong board for this category, suggesting regular promotional activity.
The kind of offers this retailer issues
Eric Javits issues almost exclusively percentage discounts, with a small fixed-dollar code in the mix. All codes are sitewide, not limited to specific collections or items. The retailer does not run first-order-only promotions, and no code in the sample titles mentions free shipping as a code benefit. This means the discount structure is straightforward to compare across visits, and there is no advantage to signing up as a new customer.
When it is worth waiting
Handbags and wallets in this category tend to see wider discounts in the off-season (late summer, winter after holidays) than in spring and early fall. Eric Javits tracks alongside Hobobags in the same segment, which typically moves inventory on a similar calendar. If the current offer board is thin or far below the store's ceiling, waiting for a major seasonal shift may be worthwhile; otherwise, the discount climate now may not improve soon.
What trips people up at checkout
- Percentage off language in titles. The sample offer titles use the phrase "a percentage" rather than stating the actual discount. Check the coupon details on the site itself to confirm the exact percentage before applying a code at checkout, as the discount value varies by offer.
- No free shipping code included. Although Eric Javits does offer free shipping on some orders, none of the codes in our feed mention it as a code benefit. Verify the store's free shipping policy at checkout, as it may apply automatically at a certain cart total rather than requiring a separate code.
Desk note
All 20 offers on this page come from merchant and affiliate network feeds, never from user submissions, and the whole page is matched against those feeds once a day. An offer that leaves the feed is retired the same day and stays listed as retired for 60 days, because a retired code often still works. Nobody here writes a code by hand and nobody places a test order, so we never tell you an offer worked for us. A code that fails for you goes to the desk queue through the report button the same day.
Offers last matched against the feed: October 1, 2026. Page notes written by Curtis Nolan.
How to use an Eric Javits offer
-
Pick the offer that fits your cart
Offers on this page are ordered by how much they take off, not by how recent they are. Read the line under each one: it shows when the offer entered the tracker and, where the retailer states it, when it ends.
-
Reveal the code
Codes are not printed in the page. Selecting an offer reveals the code and opens the retailer in a new tab at the same time, so you can paste it straight into the cart.
-
Paste it at checkout before you pay
Enter the code in the promo or discount field and confirm the total changes before completing the order. A code that applies but takes off less than expected usually means part of the cart is excluded.
-
Report it if it fails
If the offer does not apply, use the report button on this page. It goes to the desk queue the same day, and an offer that fails twice is retired.
Eric Javits offers, questions we can answer from the data
How many Eric Javits offers are live right now?
20 offers are live on this page right now. All of them need a code at checkout. The page was last matched against the merchant feed on October 1, 2026.
What is the best Eric Javits discount available?
The deepest discount on this page takes 30% off. 10 of the current offers read as sitewide, so they are not tied to one product line.
Does Eric Javits have a free shipping offer?
1 of the offers on this page mention free shipping. Thresholds differ from one offer to the next, so read the terms under the offer before you build the cart around it.
Does Eric Javits give a first order discount?
Not in the current set. None of the offers on this page are marked for first orders only, so what you see applies whether or not you have ordered before.
What should I do if an Eric Javits code does not work?
Check the terms under the offer first: most rejections come from a spend threshold, an excluded product line, or a first order restriction. If the code still fails, use the report button on this page. It goes to the desk queue the same day, and a code that fails twice is retired.
