Deep Discounts Cluster Among a Narrow Retailer Set
This week's reading shows deep discounts concentrated among a small slice of retailers while Clothing & Accessories still holds the largest offer count in the catalog.
4,379 offers across 1,736 retailers are cutting prices by half or more this week, a narrow slice of the 4,593 retailers we track. That concentration means shoppers hunting steep markdowns are working with a smaller set of merchants than the full corpus of 76,992 offers might suggest. We flag these the same way we flag everything else, by matching merchant and affiliate feeds once a day, not by opening carts or testing codes by hand.
How Categories Compare
Entertainment & Media carries the highest average discount among categories with meaningful volume, ahead of Tech & Electronics and Office & Business, both of which sit close together in the middle of the pack. Clothing & Accessories holds the largest offer count of any ranked category, at just under one tenth of the whole corpus, even though its average discount lands near the bottom of the group. Automotive posts the lowest average discount among the categories tracked this week. The spread here is about depth of discount, not about how many retailers sit in each category.

New Arrivals and Expirations
3,384 offers from 1,240 retailers joined the catalog this week. At the same time, 3,101 offers across 641 retailers are set to lapse inside the next window. Readers tracking a specific retailer should check back within this window rather than assume today's list holds through the next one.
How We Verify Codes
Our sync checked 551,722 listings across 7 runs this week, adding 4,469 and retiring 5,944. We mirror merchant and affiliate network feeds and match every offer against them once a day. We do not open carts, test codes by hand, or contact retailers directly.
