Fresh Meal Plan Coupons & Promo Codes

Where the offers stand today

Freshmealplan offers a mix of percentage discounts and flat dollar amounts off first orders, with percentage codes favoring smaller upfront savings and fixed codes targeting deeper cuts on initial weeks. We have 17 live offers across the tracker, reaching up to 40% off, which lands in the middle range for Meal Kits, stronger than the thinnest boards but not an aggressive promotional posture.

The kind of offers this retailer issues

The retailer leans heavily on fixed dollar codes, with 14 codes total split between percentage discounts and flat amounts. First order codes dominate the feed, most of them structured as discounts on the initial two week plan rather than sitewide offers. No free shipping code appears in the current feed, so shipping costs are either built into pricing or handled through non-code mechanics. Someone evaluating whether to wait should know that first order incentives here are not tied to a seasonal pattern but rather appear to run continuously.

When it is worth waiting

Meal Kits see their sharpest discounting around New Year and September, when people attempt subscription shifts. Freshmealplan's sample titles reference seasonal codes like FALL140, suggesting the retailer does shift messaging with the calendar. Outside those two windows, first order offers tend to flatten, so waiting between January and August typically yields thinner deals unless a competitor like Blueapron is running a matching promotion.

What trips people up at checkout

• First order restriction gates most offers. The majority of codes in the feed apply only to new accounts or first deliveries. Existing subscribers should verify at checkout whether the code they select applies to their account status, as entering a first order code into an established subscription may be rejected silently.
• Plan size affects discount value. Sample titles show that fixed dollar amounts (like FRESH40 or GET60) pair with specific meal plan durations. Check at checkout that the code is valid for the plan size you selected, as some codes may be restricted to certain week lengths.

Desk note

All 17 offers on this page come from merchant and affiliate network feeds, never from user submissions, and the whole page is matched against those feeds once a day. 14 of them need a code at checkout. An offer that leaves the feed is retired the same day and stays listed as retired for 60 days, because a retired code often still works. Nobody here writes a code by hand and nobody places a test order, so we never tell you an offer worked for us. A code that fails for you goes to the desk queue through the report button the same day.
