Thorntons UK Coupons & Promo Codes

Where the offers stand today

Thorntons serves shoppers in the United Kingdom, and most codes on this storefront apply only to orders placed at thorntons.co.uk. 20 active offers are tracked here, with discounts reaching up to 30%. For a Gourmet & Gifts retailer, this is a solid board, though the mix skews toward percentage discounts rather than fixed amounts.

The kind of offers this retailer issues

Thorntons issues mostly percentage-off codes (12 of them) alongside a smaller set of fixed-amount discounts. The sample titles show sitewide offers rather than collection-specific ones, and free standard delivery appears as a code-based incentive tied to a spending threshold rather than an automatic benefit. This mix suggests the retailer refreshes offers regularly and does not restrict most deals to first orders, so waiting for a new code drop rarely costs much.

When it is worth waiting

Gourmet and gift retailers typically widen discounts in the lead-up to Christmas and around Easter, when corporate and personal gifting peaks. Outside those windows, offers tend to hold steady or shrink. If you are shopping for an occasion more than a month away, checking back closer to that date usually surfaces deeper discounts; if you are buying within the next few weeks, the current board is worth using.

What trips people up at checkout

• Regional code restrictions. Most codes advertised on Couptic are valid only at thorntons.co.uk and apply to UK delivery addresses. If you are outside the United Kingdom or use a non-UK address, the code may decline at checkout. Always confirm the storefront and delivery region before you redeem.
• Minimum spend thresholds. Several offers, including the free standard delivery codes, include a minimum order value. The threshold varies by code. Check the terms before you add the code, or verify the discount was applied once you reach the cart total.
• Percentage codes with category limits. Percentage-off codes sometimes exclude certain product lines or sale items. If a discount fails to apply to an item you expected it to cover, remove that item from the cart to confirm whether the code works on the remainder of your order.

Desk note

All 20 offers on this page come from merchant and affiliate network feeds, never from user submissions, and the whole page is matched against those feeds once a day. An offer that leaves the feed is retired the same day and stays listed as retired for 60 days, because a retired code often still works. Nobody here writes a code by hand and nobody places a test order, so we never tell you an offer worked for us. A code that fails for you goes to the desk queue through the report button the same day.

Offers last matched against the feed: October 2, 2026. Page notes written by Camille Ortega.
